When faced with a client's request to introduce new functionalities to a critical module of ZAIDYN's data offering, our UX team conducted thorough research and uncovered the challenges of integrating these functionalities with the existing ones. To address these challenges, we opted for a complete redesign. Once implemented, we anticipate a remarkable 33% reduction in task time, improving efficiency from 15 minutes to just 5 minutes.

Imperfect Greens

Mobile App • UX Designer • 2021

The core concept of this innovative mobile app is to seamlessly connect everyday buyers with local grocers who offer slightly less, discount-priced, or perfectly edible, yet cosmetically imperfect, fruits and vegetables. Driven to over 4m actual charts as an alternative to landfills, create a real-time demand pool and make it heavily accessible. By actively using this app, buyers can directly help capture this agricultural waste while simultaneously supporting the local agronomists at the same time and saving a seemingly little imperfect nature organically via black chain.

As a key member of a cross functional UX/UI, BA/QA team, I lead interaction design efforts during the MVP phase, collaborating closely with the Engineering and Product teams to create a user-friendly solution.
